Florida corner Janor Jenkins fairly close the Southeastern Conference best receivers in 2010.

He will try to do it again next season.

Jenkins announced Monday that he decided to return for his senior season a huge boost to the Gators, and a new coach Muschamp.

"I spent some time with my family and coach Muschamp and concluded that it was in my interest to return to school," Jenkins said in a statement. "Coach Muschamp has been very supportive throughout the process, regardless of my decision, but he wanted to make sure I had all the facts. I'm looking forward to working with my education, completing my rehab and back on track with my teammates. "

Jenkins, starting three years should be a first-round draft choice, has eight career interceptions. He had three this season, and was first team All SEC selection by The Associated Press. He missed the Outback Cup following shoulder surgery.

He was at his best against Georgia Green AJ, Jones Julio, Alabama and South Carolina Alshon Jeffery. An average of 38 yards against Jenkins and had a touchdown each.

Jenkins also returned to Florida punt return leader with 18 for 150 yards.

"I am delighted that Janor decided to return to school," said Muschamp. "I have relied on the decision he did, but I commend you for taking a mature decision.
