Miami Dolphins hired former NFL tight end Dan Campbell as their new coach tight ends.

Campbell originally joined the staff of Tony Sparano before the murder last season coaching intern. Its responsibility will be to assist the offensive line of all aspects of preparation with emphasis on the offensive line.

Campbell joined 11 years of experience for the Dolphins New York Giants (1999-2002), Dallas Cowboys (2003-05), Detroit Lions (2006-08) and more recently the New Orleans Saints (2009).

A third-round pick of the Giants in the NFL draft in 1999, former tight end has appeared in 114 games with 75 starts in his career and had 91 passes for 934 yards and 11 touchdowns.

He attended the University of Texas A & M, where he won four-year letter and a major agricultural development.
