Ace Indian tennis star Sania Mirza sailed to the pre-quarterfinals in women's singles event at the Asian Games on September 3rd Wing Yau Venise Chan victory of Hong Kong here on Thursday.

Sania barely broke a sweat and it only took 50 minutes to break Chan 6-1, 6-0 in his first round match at the tennis center Aoti here.

Sania to face the first winners of the match between sixth seed Shuai Zhang of Hong Kong and Nepal, Malika Rana.
