Soon after the approval of Lokpal bill in Rajya Sabha the Lokpal Bill has been approved by Lok Sabha. After a long waiting of 40 years the bill has been approved. On Wednesday Lok Sabha was adjourned after the approval of Lokpal and Lokayukta Bill.
Today in the afternoon session the bill has been passed after eight unsuccessful attempts from the past 40 years. The passed bill is about the Anti-Corruption. This bill assures to punish the corruption by the public servants. Six more bills has to be passed in this winter session.
After the approval of Lokpal Bill by Loksabha the well known Social Activist Anna Hazare has broke his fast after nine days. Rahul Gandhi the vice president of congress party has expressed his thought that only Lokpal
Bill is not enough to fight against corruption. He also wanted the extension of the winter session to pass Six more bills as a part of anti-corruption.
The Opposition Leader Sushma Swaraj said that BJP is happy for the Approval of the bill by Rajya Sabha.
