Roy Halladay beat Washington for the 10th straight time as Ryan Howard and Raul Ibanez hit power circuits of the Philadelphia Phillies past the Nationals 5-4.

Halladay allowed 10 hits and four runs in seven innings, struck out five without a walk.

Ibanez Howard hit back-to-circuit back in the fourth inning and each drove in a run seventh inning rally in Philadelphia.

Halladay (7-3) gave up solo home runs to Michael Morse, Danny Espinosa and Laynce Nix, the first time this season he has given more in a chipset. Halladay allowed a total of two home runs in his first 11 starts.
