Later Jagan said that “he sought Mamata's help in Parliament to prevent the division of Andhra Pradesh”.
'Without taking the consent of state Assembly, the centre is moving forward to introduce the T-bill. This is against the spirit of Constitution. Also, Article 3 should be amended before dividing the state', he added.
